The Countdown Begins!

It’s official!
I have less than a month left before I take off on the adventure of a lifetime.
Seoul, the city of eternal beauty and infinite possibilities, is waiting.

GOOD NEWS: I found an apartment in Anam-Dong, convienently located 5 minutes (walking distance) from campus! I really lucked out with this place. It’s all 고려대학교 Master Degree Students, so at least I know I’ll have access to a quiet place to study, eat and sleep! As far as I can tell, it seems to be well-kept and organized, and it’s a great price, so I couldn’t be happier. I’m also excited to check out the 고려대학교 campus – it looks huge!

Well, all that’s left to do now is pack my bags, spend some time with friends and family and wait for August 20th to arrive. I have a feeling the next few weeks are going to be a bit of a blur.

I have decided to dedicate Sundays to blogging and updating my youtube, so I will make sure to take, at the least, one day a week to keep everyone up on how everything is going.

I still can’t believe this is ACTUALLY happening. It seems like yesterday I was toying with the idea that I might be able to travel to Asia someday, but I would have never thought it possible that I would be spending an entire year of my undergraduate career in Seoul, South Korea.

It really is the opportunity of a lifetime, and I couldn’t be more excited!
For those of you who I will be leaving behind in Halifax, I will miss you all dearly.
For those who I will be joining in Korea, I look forward to seeing you soon!
