Hi! Seoul Festival: Fireworks (하이! 서울 페스티벌: 불꽃놀이)

The Hi! Seoul Festival is an seasonal cultural festival held four times a year every spring, summer, autumn, and winter in Seoul, South Korea since 2003. It is based on the “Seoul Citizens’ Day” held on every October since 1994 to commemorate the 600 years history of Seoul as the capital of the country.

Last night, we went to the opening fireworks show.  It was the biggest fireworks show I have ever seen and it was just as beautiful and as colourful as I could have hoped. They lit up the sky and had the people of Seoul cheering with delight.

Enough talk, I’ll let the photos tell the rest!  (P.S – I have a LOT of  video footage of the event, so I will put a video together within the next few days, and it will do a better job at showing you just how beautiful they really were!)

Enjoy!
